ingredients. Extrusion cooking deactivates the lipoxygenase
enzymes improving taste. Residual oils and emulsifiers
(lecithin) ensure improved machinablility and processing
while residual natural anti-oxidants such as Vitamin
E and tocopherols ensure stability and increase wholesomeness.
Higher protein density means using less soy for great
results and greater value. QuadraSoy custom
formulated ingredients combine neutral tasting soy
flour with various grains and flavors into a variety
of ready-to-use innovative solutions for our customers
